Homes from the Heart Program

BUILDING HOPE, BUILDING HOMES

  REALTY EXECUTIVES International has embarked on an exciting program    designed to help eliminate poverty housing in the communities we serve.   Under the umbrella of REALTY EXECUTIVES Homes from the Heart we’re partnering with Habitat for Humanity International and other non-profit housing agencies to become actively involved in their community-based efforts. 

                   You can join our Executives in these valuable efforts!

                        What is the Homes from the Heart program?

REALTY EXECUTIVES’ Homes from the Heart program is an international effort created to involve our agents and brokers in raising funds.  These funds will be used to support community-based organizations that provide housing opportunities to needy families.

Why are we doing this?

We feel that as successful real estate professionals we are indeed very fortunate.  We are able to earn comfortable livings by assisting home buyers and home sellers with their transactions.  Many individuals in our communities are less fortunate.  Many are living in crowded, sub-standard housing.  It is important that we give something back to the communities.

How can you help?

Simple.  Industry partners, home sellers and home buyers can make a pledge as well.  The Homes from the Heart program is designed to allow all parties in a real estate transaction to contribute a nominal amount to the effort.

How will these funds be collected?

After completing a pledge card, you can simply return it with a check made out to REALTY EXECUTIVES Homes from the Heart – or Habitat for Humanity International – and return it to your Executive or local REALTY EXECUTIVES office.

Where will this money go?

We have designed our program so that every donation made will remain in the greater community where you live and work.  All money will go directly toward building homes for those in need.  No funds will be used for administrative costs.  Those costs are being underwritten by REALTY EXECUTIVES First Choice.

Why Habitat for Humanity?

The REALTY EXECUTIVES Homes from the Heart program is designed to be flexible.  Since we are an international company, we feel strongly that Habitat for Humanity has already established itself as a reputable international entity with more than 1,000 affiliates worldwide.  However, in some communities there may be other organizations that make more sense for us to support.
